Chyna Doll Eliminated From 'Fame Games'

Chyna DollA few tears and Sherman Hemsley caused former wrestler Chyna Doll to be kicked out of the 'Surreal Life: Fame Games' house Sunday night, leaving only seven cast members to battle for the $100,000 grand prize.

This week's game was the "Famous Friends Challenge." For the challenge, the Surreal Lifers were told they had to call anyone and everyone they knew who was famous.

Immediately, Andrea Lowell was upset, saying she did not know many famous people and Verne Troyer said he didn't want to bother his celebrity friends. Then the calls started. Rob "Vanilla Ice" Van Winkle was the first with a "celebrity," as he contacted Blues Traveler singer John Popper. Then the calls started rolling in. Vince Neil, Tyson Beckford, Chuck Lidell, Russell Simmons were just a few.

Troyer eventually gave up and went to his room to sleep, but while he was gone his phone started ringing and he got calls from Ludacris and Jesse Jackson among others. Then, when the time limit was up, the cast was told that former MTV VJ Kennedy would use a "fame o' meter" to rank the celebrity calls. This upset Rob, who went on a tirade about his friends being judged. Kennedy was able to calm his fears, and went on to place one of his friends, motorcross racer Ricky Carmichael, highest on the list. "Ricky Carmichael has more pull than Russell Simmons," she said, proving she, herself, was out of touch with reality. It's debatable whether Carmichael even has more pull than Adrian Zmed, let alone mogul Russell Simmons.

The rest of the cast, namely Andrea, realized that Kennedy was easily manipulated, so they started lobbying for their celebrity friends. Once it was obvious that she was going to lose, Andrea started crying and asked that her friend Sherman Hemsley be placed somewhere on the list. Where was he placed? At the very top, keeping Andrea safe, making Kennedy look like a fool and sending Chyna packing.

It was a bizarre episode, and one that will surely be met with a lot of debate by fans of the show. The show is about fame, but something is wrong when Sherman Hemsley is believed to be the pinnacle of fame. Stay tuned...
