4. This club was the biggest waste of time and money. Aside from the fabulously gorgeous women, it is the largest collection of obnoxiousness I have ever seen. The raised "ultra VIP" areas are laughable. They are mostly empty for very few are stupid enough to venture in to pay ridiculous exorbitant amounts for a bottle of alcohol that you can get for the fraction of their price elsewhere. Bar drinks also are way over priced as if the club is trying to pay off a national debt. A true club owner or manager would know how to make well paying customers of one of the best resorts in the Bahamas WANT to come and enjoy themselves, dance, drink and stay, and not want to leave as fast as they came because the people are snobs, no place to sit to enjoy the music, people and atmosphere for a child's tuition. Three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00 - THATS RIGHT!) for a twenty dollar bottle (20.00) of booze, or sixteen dollars for a four dollar bar drink? ABSURD!!!! Never again.

COME TO MIAMI AND I WANT TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO PARTY LOL. 350 FOR A BOTTLE SOUNDS REASONABLE , AND 16 DOLLARS ISNT BAD, MANSIONS CHARGES 18 FOR A REGULAR BLACK LABEL AND REDBULL...IF YOU DONT HAVE MONEY TO GO TO A CLUB, THEN YOU SHOULDNT GO. 6. I was in your club on the night of February 15, 2008. I was dancing and having a great time until this black women came on the dance floor and said she was going to beat my ass. I looked at her suprised, because why? She went back to her seat and continued to throw ice cubes at me. Then all of a sudden a big bouncer guy came and got me by the arm and told me I had to leave. I ask why? He would not tell me. I could only guess it was that woman. I had five friends in there with me, they had no idea I had been thrown from the club by the big bouncer that could not tell me why. I am a nice attractive blonde and was only dancing. I hope the management of this club reads this e-mail because I was discremated against at your club AURA. I as a white woman had to leave because some "VIP" (I guess) black woman did not like the way I looked. Maybe her black man was looking at me. I don't know, and never will I guess. But let me say I don't go with black men. I am a white woman married to a white man for 23 years. I really did not appreciate the disrepect I got at your Club.

7. Do you guy's have an office other than the club? I have been trying to book a Private Event at Aura for the past 2 months for a group of out of town professionals. To my dismay NO ONE is ever in the office nor do they ever answer the extension when connected. This lady has a fabulous automated voice, but ALL the numbers that she leaves either NEVER work or they EVER answer. Finally, I was able to get in contact with Ms. Laurell and if I may add she is pass rude! First of all, she asked me, "HOW DID I GET HER NUMBER?" Okay-listen to the automated system and the same voice gives out the number to call. After explaining myself to the BITCH to be polite, she then says to me that I need to call Jason at another number because he deals with that. My gosh could she have at least heard what I had to say??? Anyways I called Jason and he seemed a bit easier to deal with, but more timid when told about Ms. Laurell's nasty attitude. Candace, whomever you are, please talk to the staff that you have employed at your club, especially Laurell. She need NOT have a contact if she never answer and if she ask stupit questions when she answer.
