Britney Balding Before the Buzz?

The shock photos of Britney Spears' shaven bald head caused more buzz at hairstylist to the stars Michael Boychuck's salons at AMP in the Palms and QUA Salon at Caesars Palace than when Dennis Rodman came in for a haircut and coloring! Britney, who was video'd by LA's KABC with the new bald look at a Los Angeles tattoo parlor yesterday, was at AMP less than three weeks ago seeking help here for her hair in hopes of a public relations and professional comeback

I learned that her hair was so badly damaged from repeated cheap-peroxide bleachings that it had broken off and thinned to the point where bald-spots had begun to appear. Britney had used extensions to cover up the damage. Michael treated and softened the remaining hair enhancing its natural darker shade. But no sooner did she show the new look during NYC's Fashion Week than she changed it back to blonde yet again.

In Manhattan, there were lurid tabloid tales of her late-night binge of parties, dancing with female strippers and a PEOPLE Magazine report that she'd gone in for rehab at Eric Clapton's drug and alcohol Crossroads Clinic in Antigua in the Caribbean. Apparently she checked out within 24 hours. I used to live on Antigua and we knew that Crossroads was probably the toughest and most spartan of clincs in a sense the last resort for rehab. If Britney did go there and bolt because of the boot-camp facilities, no surprise. But with expensive jets on standby to ferry her across country, it's easy for her to turn up back in Los Angeles. But her shaven head has set off a whirlwind of controversy with everybody asking if this is the final stages of a major breakdown.

2. What is going on with this poor woman? Though not a fan of hers, it pains me to see someone so young, and formerly successful, spin out of control. My thoughts - and this is for Lindsay and Paris too - if you want to get on track, go to Louisiana and help out all those communities devastated by hurricane Katrina. Don't just send money, go there yourself and pitch in! There are also MANY other worthwhile causes you could better spend your time on, and it will be rewarding. Stop spending your money on clubbing, drinking and limos.

5. Man you guys wasted no time with the animations and web graphics. I got sick of hearing this story on CNN this morning every 15 minutes. On the hour. This entire thing was so beautifully staged.

But its never going to hide the fact that her songs and voice are absolutely hideous and unlistenable. What a crock. Too bad that the entertainment "industry" couldn't concoct something better. Oh well.

IS THERE FOR THEM...MIND, BODY AND SOUL. I WISH FOR YOU TO AT LEAST GET SOME GOOD HELP. REMEMBER, YOUR MOM IS ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED HER. MAYBE YOU MIGHT WANT TO SEEK HER OPINION AS WELL AS HER HELP AND LOVE. GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK.

7. This is so sad to see. I am praying that Britany get some help. Those poor little babies need their mother. I have two children and another one on the way, I live, breath and many other things for my children. My children are my life. I hope she gets th help she needs before it's to late.

9. hey, sometimes i want to shave my head too the hair is so much to handle, but just because she went and did it doesn't mean she has cracked. a lot of girls shave their heads, but nobody posts in on the web that their insane. so what, she shaved her head, big deal! she still looks pretty. deal with your own problems, get off the web and get a life. geez, it's just a shaved head, get over it.

Skankney really needs to get her $hit together!
She's already lost her MIND but soon she's going to lose her kids and it can't happen soon enough!

Where are Skankney's parents? Why don't they take her kids until she gets her act together and goes to rehab?

Is Skankney jealous of Anna Nicole or wants to emulate her? It won't take much more to end up in the same place I tell you that.

13. She shaved her head to prevent a drug test which she would have failed in the custody hearing. Why did she have children when she is never with them? She is a poor excuse for a mother and the children should be taken away from her and maybe if she cleans up she can get supervised visitation. Her children will be scared for life once they grow up and she all this crap. She better pray they even speak to her sorry butt!
