The night never ends... and while the NBA stars, music moguls and fashion's fabulous are all here, I now know dawn just marks the time they call the party quits! At 3AM this morning, rappers Big Boi from Outkast, Nelly, Jermaine Dupri and Tyrese arrived at TAO in The Venetian. Nelly took over as the club's MC from an upstairs sky box that overlooked the entire club and dance floor. Nelly even performed several of his hits staying on the mic for nearly 20 minutes.
The party, hosted by Hudson Jeans and Creative Recreation footwear, was just getting started as the clock ticked past midnight with a record crowd. Hometown hero and top-chart R&B singer Ne-Yo gave a surprise performance, belting out his hit track "So Sick" to the packed nightclub.

Among the celebrities Courtney Hansen, KISS tongue man Gene Simmons pictured above with Moneybag designer Jason Dussault, Fubu creator Damon John, JennyLee Berns from 'Beauty And the Geek' and boyfriend Frankie Muniz (pictured below) with a small mohawk haircut , actress Malinda Williams (pictured above) with DJ D-Nice, Reverend Run from Run DMC, and basketball great Julius Erving. Earlier in the day, Frankie and JennyLee lunched romantically at Wolfgang Puck's Chinois restaurant in the Caesars Palace Forum Shops.

Directly across the Strip at TI's Social House eatery and Tangerine nightclub, I learned that the gorgeous Sirens had just been picked to sing the National Anthem at the D-League All-Star game tomorrow. Meantime celebs hanging out in the restaurant and entertainment complex: Gene Simmons, actress Kelly Hu and singer Blu Cantrell (pictured below) and elite bodybuilder Jay Cutler where all in the house. Simmons had dinner with a large entourage of friends in the buzzing vibe of the Social House lounge. The group enjoyed one of everything on Chef Elevado's menu.

Down the hall in the Newspaper dining room, Hu and Cantrell tried just about every sushi roll on the menu and washed it down with some cold sake before heading down to Tangerine for the night. Downstairs at Tangerine, Hu and Cantrell sizzled on the red carpet and down the runway as Hu hosted the Marceau fashion show with former NBA player, Dean Garrett leading the applause.

At sister nightclub PURE in Caesars Palace, high-society's Nicky Hilton was center stage with new steady beaufriend David Katzenberg, son of Hollywood top power mogul, Jeffrey Katzenberg when she presented her new couture fashion line Nicholai – with even the Pussycat Dolls becoming the runway models!

Heavyweight comic Jeff Beacher hosted them to dinner first at Social House. Earlier in the day Nicky visited her favorite hair-king Michael Boychuck in his new Venus salon at Caesars Palace for a hair, manicure and pedicure session!

Members of the NBA All-Star Dance Team, who will entertain throughout Sunday's East Coast-West Coast big game rivalry, took time out to pick up an honor for themselves!. The Carnegie Deli at The Mirage named one of its super-sized sandwiches after the glamor-girls who couldn't wait to tuck in. Between mouthfuls their verdict: "Super-sized super-strength and sensational," they all agreed!
Another busy night at The Palms, which is home for both the East and West Coast all-star teams. In N9NE Steakhouse, Buffalo Bills center Melvin Fowler; in ghostbar NFL running back Larry Johnson with an entourage so large they took over six tables, and T-wolves guard Ricky Davis. Up in the rooftop Moon Nightclub, it was the "NBA Street Homecourt" launch party with Adam Morrison, Chris Bosh, Carmelo Anthony, Richard Hamilton, Tony Parker, Steven A. Smith, Scoop Jackson, Ed Lover, John Salley, Chauncy Billups, Lisa Leslie, Sheryl Swoopes, Shawn Marion, Ray Allen, Chris Paul and Carlos Boozer.
Its now definite that Shaquille O'Neill will receive his Walk of Fame star tonight at 9:30PM in the lobby of the Brenden Theatres at the Palms. I'll emcee the red-carpet event and we'll have the photos over the weekend for you right here at LUXE LIFE. Earlier at 5PM, we'll do similar for singer Toni Braxton and then host the NBA legends and superstars at the premiere of their new MVP movie. Tomorrow, Los Angeles Lakers' forward Lamar Odom will do a special autograph session at The Mirage Shop – opposite Siegfried & Roy's White Tiger and Dolphin Habitat where he will happily sign Lakers merchandise and give away free photos!
Finally, this morning I must share this prized photo of NBA Commissioner David Stern with Mayor Oscar Goodman and two tall talented temptresses Vegas showgirls. I chatted with both men at the opening of All-Star Jam and we'll have that report early next week, but lets just say "It's going to be the perfect partnership and the perfect marriage" as they both said to me when I grilled them about an NBA team coming to our city. "I'll spend the entire weekend with all the owners to see who I can persuade to transfer here," said the Mayor.
