It may be your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to show the world your culinary skills and win the mega-prize to open your very own restaurant.

Bravo's casting producers will accept all levels of experience and backgrounds, whether it's a recent culinary academy graduate, an aspiring, self-taught chef, a trained professional, a burger flipper, a non-professional chef or a busy mother of six; or just a BBQ whiz.

"The one thing all interested candidates must possess is a true passion for creating wonderful cuisine," said a Bravo spokesperson." Interested contestants must believe they have what it takes to compete and create elegant culinary creations each week.
